I had the same problem as you and I can understand wanting to lower carbs. I get what the other posters have said, that macros don't matter for weight loss, and in theory they don't, but I have found that they do for me. Protein just keeps me full for a lot longer and helps me stay on track with my calorie goal, so macros…

Have you tried using erythritol or a combination of erythritol and stevia to sweeten things? It is a natural sweetener, low GI and, compared to all other sugar alcohols, causes me no gastrointestinal discomfort. It definitely satisfies my sugar cravings

I am someone who LOVES numbers and things that can be shown…

I don't know if this is going to help you, but sometimes hearing how it has been for someone else can actually give you some ideas for yourself, at least it has worked for me a few times. I have also lost quite a bit of weight before starting to count calories but, as I saw the weight coming off slower as I was getting…

Hi! I am the same age and height as you, but I weigh 122 lbs and still have quite a large butt. I believe that for me it is genetic and it could be the same for you. I have lost 21 lbs in the past few months and it has obviously slimmed my butt but it is probably still larger than someone else's might be at that weight. I…
