it isnt though .. its a cappaccino or latte ... the latter its going to be a double shot of espresso (60g) topped up with steamed milk (~440ish ml) .. so nearer 180calories slightly less if its a cappaccino as they should be frothing half that milk so more volume, less milk

4% in coffee or on cereal .... 2% in tea or soaking oats overnight / poaching fish .... 0% in protein shakes. Basically if I need the taste I go full fat, other wise I cut the fat out and go thinner and thinner as required
