  • You CAN eat as much as you want.... but because fat is so much more filling, you won't want to. Even if you did, in my experience (and many others!) it's not a problem.
  • Cauli pizza is one of my favourite grain-free foods. Delish! Even when I've stuffed it up and made it too goopy it still tastes amazing.
