  • As soon as I reduced my sugar my weight decreased. In the past I ate my own cookies, coffeecake and ice cream on a regular basis. I still do eat treats but not as regularly. I don't crave sugar anymore and I think my stomach is shrinking from eating smaller meals. 17lbs down...needing another 15lb loss! Wish me luck!!!

  • I agree with Just_Ceci. Try to be active very day (some days more, some less) but focus on your caloric intake. I already exercise a fair amount, so for me adjusting the calories and watching excessive carbs is key. Having said that, it IS slow to come off. Keep going!
  • Hi BRay216, You may have already found some answers...I recommend seeing a women health physical therapist. They can instruct you in the proper exercises for your pelvic floor.

  • You can do an additional workout of a different type. Just make sure you alternate hard and easy days/workouts, take a rest day when needed, and cross train. I just decided to do two 30 minute workouts a day. The first will be light cardio and strength, the second will be cycling or swimming. Complimentary workouts! Good…
