Normally I would tend to agree with you! But I figure what the heck, if my levels are already set in order to see a weight loss with eating those amounts, it will be a fun challenge to keep the "diet" boredom away.

@tennisdude2004 I think this is where my system is getting it wrong, I have tried to deal with my bloat/relief cycle with foods plus Metamucil and and have very inconsistent results. Its been suggested that probiotics might be something I need to investigate to help me.

That's a good idea I will "steal". I know I'm very good with my sodium so I think adding fiber to my tracker instead will make more impact on my choices.
