Ya, it's too bad that this is the way the gym is. I guess you just have to not care what others think and do your own thing.

Barbell and dumbells >>>> machines Not even close, really.

You need to be consistent in lifting and tracking calories if you are to be successful.

OP will prob have to get down to 170 lbs for the midsection fat to be gone depending on how much fat he has on his lower body.

Ya...good video

Cut until fat is gone/satisfied with fat levels and then proceed to bulk for a solid year. What is your height/weight anyway?
-
Good job mate!

Great job mate! Keep going until 10-12% (best for nutrient partitioning/hormones) bf before reverse dieting and then slowly lean bulking. Good luck! What's your weight at now? Height? What program did you use?

Give yourself a year...

Wow thanks for all the responses and perspective.

Whenever you're done with cutting, it is always advisable to slowly reverse diet by adding 100-150 cals each week until you reach your maintenance.

Always milk or almond milk. Water...yuck.

You learned how to ride a bike and tie your shoes. Why can't you learn how to lift with proper form? You think lifting is the only form of exercise that you can injure yourself in?
