I have always has a cheat' day on weigh day doing slimming world but it never helped me lose weight. I have just started calories counting and might still have a little treat on the weekend but will still track it and try and keep near my daily allowance :smile:

I've also restarted numerous times. After losing a stone and half at slimming to start I've stayed the same for nearly a year so time for a change and try calorie counting, started saturday and joined curves today. Also looking for friends on here for motivation :)

Hi, I'm 23 hoping to lose about 28 pounds. Took me nearly 2 years to lose the first 2 stone on slimming world hoping calorie counting being more restrictive will help me do it by September
