I used to have that problem, and still do if I am home doing nothing. But since I've changed my work outs to the evenings I've done much better, as I have less time to stuff my face and I feel healthier and motivated after working out.

I also absolutely love it for the way it first made me sore in places no other workout could. I love how it doesn't always feel like you are working that hard but then the next day or two you feel it like nothing else. I've been doing it for about a year and a half now, up to two-three times a week.
