Sounds exactly like me. I can have snacks and a great rich dinner Fridays and Saturdays, but the thoughts of "losing" is always in the back of my head on Sundays.

I know that my relationship to food is really unhealthy, that's why I'm asking for help here to get the right mindset about food. This is something I know that many people in my culture struggle with in these crazed fitness times.

Of course. But the issue I'm trying to bring up here is that nobody says "fat" because they know it's rude and not acceptable, but then they use the words "thin" and "skinny" without blinking an eye.

What keeps me from binging (though I still sometimes do) is to not have anything available for it at home in my weak moments. I never buy any snacks that isn't fit for my diet and calorie intake for the same day. Always have low cal snacks like berries or small fruits at home, so when you're at the store you'll know that…

Berries are great, you can fill your stomach with them without having too many calories. Another suggestion is figs and passion fruit, those small fruits are great to enjoy in the evening. :)
