Finished week 1 of this challenge did my weekly weigh in and measurements. I wasnt to and happy last Sunday but now working through week 2 finished day 2 workout and feeling really good. I checked my weight and i dropped 5lbs and 3lbs of it bf. Keep fighting the good fight.
