Thank you. I think what has confused me was I scanned the barcode of the sweet potatos & it was roughly 1 cal per gram....so the "before & after" cals were quite different. I think I will stick to raw weights....& make sure I read my weighing scales correctly

I could do with some support. Despite having what I thought was a great week I've put 2lb on! Feel like packing in but only going into my 4th week! In 2013 I lost 50 lb at a steady 1 or 2lb a week so feeling disappointed & confused

I'm glad I've seen this thread. In 2013 I lost 50 lb with MFP....most of which went back on. I started again 3 weeks ago & lost 6 lb the first week then put on a lb.
