I tried to make an Alfredo pasta recipe with zucchini instead of noodles. (I had just gotten my new spirallizer and wanted to test it lol). Well, I forgot to pat the water out of the zucchini and ended up with soup. At least it still tasted good.

I keep having to cinch my belt tighter so my pants don't fall off at work. I know I need to go shopping, but I want to try to stabilize first. I've bought a few smaller shirts but can't bring myself to go jeans shopping just yet. Maybe when we go out to buy my son his cold weather wardrobe.

Are you having problems with snacking,portion size, low energy? I got my husband on board with me meal planning and slightly increasing our activity levels. I explain to him even little changes can help in the long run.

We have the routine of meal planning for the week before grocery shopping. I have just now gotten back in the habit of freezing some meals for later but I usually make big batches and eat the leftovers for lunches at work so that is kind of the same thing.

No one told me how much my butt/hips would hurt when sitting or laying for long periods of time. I can't see these bones body image-wise but I am super aware they are there now. Also I am cold 95% of the time now.

That sounds about like me most days. I don't eat my whole allotment unless it is a splurge date night with my husband or something. Vegetables have less calories and leave me more full than junk food so when I started weighing my options of what to "spend" my calories on, my calories I was eating went down dramatically.

I find Youtube helps me a lot with meal prepping and you can find a great variety according to your tastes.

It really gets you to think about the 'what ifs' at the end. I myself have been focusing too much on my end goal instead of looking back to see how far I have come and already achieved.

I take a walk on my lunch break sometimes. I get an hour for lunch and rarely use all of it eating.

I decided to give up the fiber one bars that I had been using as a crutch. I snack on fruits and veggies now and get about the same fiber content with a better full feeling. Also I learned that I hate anything with acai. Don't know why but I can't stand it.

I love fruit and veggies too much now to try the low-carb diets like I did when I was younger. Now I just stick to calorie deficit and do better than I ever have :smile:

I managed to wiggle out of my pajama pants while sleeping last night. lol Now hubby won't stop teasing me about the pajamas that look like "elephant skin" on me. Time for more pajamas like everything else in my closet.

I'm 33 5'4" SW 207 CW 151 GW 140 ish I've been stable for a while in the low 150's so I am still deciding if this will be my maintenance range or if I still want to go for 140 :wink:

My stance is more flat footed or toward my toes. My feet did hurt for a little while until I got used to the movement, but I still Zumba sockfooted.

I say bump to all the above suggestions and maybe drink more water to make sure you are properly hydrating.

I'm trying to lose weight to get pregnant with number 2. So far I consider it a victory I can run around with my little boy better now. Baby dust to all!
