Great job!

I went back to work wearing my pre pregnancy jeans about 9 weeks after baby. Unfortunately my weight went up a year later due to medication and my own bad habits, but that is a different issue entirely.

From what I understand, nursing requires about an extra 500 calories to what you are eating to maintain your nutrition. To lose a pound a week takes approximately 500 calorie deficit per day. In theory you should be able to lose if you aim for your maintenance calories each day while nursing because the two goals would…

Welcome. Feel free to add me. I am 16 weeks pregnant with my second.

Hang in there. I hit plateaus for weeks if not months on my journey and eventually got to where I wanted to be. One lesson I learned is that loss is not linear. I did not always see the scale go down, it stayed the same and *gasp* went up for a while. Sometimes victories are in how you feel or even if your body is toning…

I am 12 weeks along. I would love to add more friends!

I donate my clothes. I don't plan on gaining back to where I was. I think I have a few old work shirts hanging around the back of my closet to pull out and see how far I have become. There are so many people out there that would be able to put old clothes to use that I feel it it selfish for me to hang on to things I am…

Keep at it. it is better to lose slowly and keep that change than to lose fast and not be able to sustain.

Definitely see a good change there. way to go.

the very first thing I did on here is click the back button in my diary to tab to the day before and record what a 'normal' day of eating usually was for me. Just so I could see how far I would have to come. Luckily it was now one of my Chinese buffet days (that had been my downfall) lol.

Welcome! I never thought that this site would work for me as well as it did. I hit my goal weight last year (58 lbs down) and have not looked back. I love the support here and just browsing around seeing how many people that are going through the exact same thing. feel free to add me I have an open diary and love to share…

I pre log almost all of the time. It helps me to plan ahead what I am eating so when I am rushing around I at least have one thing under control. :p

That my bed would become uncomfortable because I can now feel my hip bones more.

Thank you for this. I have been looking for different ways to use my pumpkin pie powder and my chia lol.

MTS Pumpkin pie Machine whey powder is my go to for protein pumpkin pie flavor. I even blend some canned pumpkin into the smoothie to get more texture. 25 grams protein in one scoop.

Add me too! I've been on here for a few years and understand the struggles to keep things going.

I second the TOM opinion. My weight fluctuates bad during TOM. bloating and I even retain water in my leg muscles sometimes if I try to work out too much that week. I usually go back down the next week to at least a plateau of where I was though.
