So if it is syncing with mfp you really don't have to worry about setting your activity level because it will adjust?

Thank you. However I didn't mean loose 25lbs in 3 weeks lol. I was just stating how much I want to ultimately loose. Any amout before vacation is welcomed. Just was interested if anyone had a pointers to help the process.....

She is asking a sensible question. Humans drink and sometimes drink more then expected. Are the AA comments really nessasary? Just earn more calories through exercise. For the day and for the week. Log it the best you can. As long as you stay within your weekly calories earned you are good. If you continue to go over that…
