Using my phone as pedometer
I just started using my phone as a pedometer tied into mfp. Do I need to adjust my activity level? I did have it on light active. Do I need change anything with that or just leave it? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone save up either exercise calories and daily calories for the weekend. Or keep calorieson the table one day and eat them the next? Just wondering how this approach works for people?
