  • Sorry, that works out to 50g of carbs, 59g of fat, and 132g of protein. I never really hit my protein. and fats..i never use to hit but now have been going way over the last 2 days. It ends up giving me 1256 calories per day. Which i hear can be to low, but have also gone over the last 2 days..

  • Thats good to know! I tend to eat atleast one cheese string per day or add it into salads and stuff. I do try and weigh it, but i dont trust my scale aha i feel like it should be more ounces than what it is saying.

  • Well im around 5"4 (maybe 3) and Starting weight was 196.6 and current weight is 185. MFP has me at around the same calories for a day. Its just not as easy to track net carbs on here which is why i use the other app.

Ive lost 11 in total now but caved into a cheat and fell off track , much harder to get my head back in the game now. Its not an easy road to change your eating style completely, but def worth it!   • I would try and keep my alcohol to lower carb choices like vodka lime soda water. Maybe 1 meal a day higher carb whether it be breakfast one day then supper another night? that way you are not going overboard for every meal and feeling grose by the end of the first week.
