Yeah. Guess I should set a daily alarm to remind me to do my bw exercises. Lol meh. :/ its just like paying the bills.

I mean, you may still want it...but MAKE yourself say "I DO NOT want it." And then don't take it. That's it. I did want a cupcake, I was drooling for it. Yet I said I do not want it. And as soon as I said that out loud, I genuinely did not want it anymore.

Currently I'm trying to stop eating so much sweets. Breaking the habit. My mom has made butterscotch cupcakes. And we have ice cream. And my sister told me to take one OR TWO even though she knows I'm trying to stay away from the stuff. What I do is I weigh out the pros and cons. Pros : quick satisfaction. Cons :…

We don't have a gym here though (small town), and I can't afford weights other than the dumbbels. Which is why I do bw exercise. I guess I feel like if I don't do more reps, I'm not achieving anything because it's not as intense as actually lifting. Oh and the 60 reps, their total not 60*3. I actually mean I do 20 reps at…

My resistance though, is just some push ups, crunches and lunges (60 each, 3 times a day). And sometimes bicep curls with 2 10kg dumbbells. I can do it. I don't even have doms the next day depending on how much in do. But you still don't understand what I mean. ;) you need to pay attention to the feeling you get in your…

I'm not talking about DOMS...or improper form. Although those do play a role. But I mean, I don't like the struggle to lift something so heavy that I have to grunt to be able to do it. It's not actual pain, but it's pain from struggling to actually do it physically. Like if you have to increase load, that feeling your…

Besides at 5'2, 134lb and 26% bf I doubt I have much muscle to maintain anyway Lol.
-
Mm. I still hate lifting and resistance though. ;) Why? Well just because I don't like how it makes me feel. I don't like the pain and the struggle. I don't get a high from it I get a low from it. For me, I love walking. Now that truely gives me a high, just from the pure fact that I love doing it. I always laugh at my…

LOL! "Hulkalicious" ...what an interesting word...

Maybe you just need something to keep your mouth busy? Try chewing some gum.
-
Not me just a thought. Me myself, I actually hate any form of lifting, resistance. I mean I really despise it. My preferred exercise is walking. I'm not looking to be sculpted or anything. Just looking to be a healthy bmi. And that's about it. I was just curious about the science behind it and how it works.

Me too. I never put salt in my food anymore...which kind of turned into a problem now, because now I have low blood pressure. But I just can't stand the taste of it anymore.

I start by planning what I'm going to eat for the week. I eat the same breakfast and dinners weekly so makes it easy. Then I plan my list accordingly. And I catagorise the list in the order of the aisles of the store. When I get there I just start from the corner and then walk through all the aisles, going down my list.…

Mixed frozen veg (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, greenbeans) Cheddar cheese Lamb chops, marinade Eggs, bacon Yoghurt, bananas, strawberries Milk, bread Chicken thighs, pumpkin, potatoes That's about it. :) don't need too much this week.

Well I love chocolate...but I do know taste can change. Mine did. It changed when I lost most of my weight. I used to eat a lot of sugary cereal, not so much anymore. I also used to hate nuts and avocado. Now I can't get enough of it. It's really weird.

All bran with some sugar (10g of fibre for one serving + 8g protein from the milk). The other cereals here don't have much nutrition so if I eat them, it's just as a treat and not as a meal.

Also heroin is definitely a good addition to a healthy lifestyle...the benefits include your body rotting off your skeleton and the government giving you a robo suit so you can fight in their war against aliens...

I said nothing of the sort my dear sir/madam  I said I wanted to share it just for the fun of it. I didn't mean the thread would be fun...I meant I shared it for no apparent reason.

Which is true. But that's what I mean. If people preach to only eat natural that doesn't mean they can't become unhealthy/sick ect. Some people I know act like it's the holy grail and that nothing can go wrong with it.
-
Just don't eat it. As simple as it sounds... it is. Don't buy it. And don't have it in the house. That's it.
-
I usually take it...but I say I'll eat it later. That usually has a better reaction.
-
Well I don't know. Like I said basically I carbonate my own water using a soda stream. It's genuinely just normal tap water with fizz. All I add sometimes is a small amount of fruit juice to give it flavor if I'm in the mood. Anyways. Thanks for all the replies everyone! I'll see how it goes. :)

How does my urine look? In the morning when I wake up yellow and stinky. LOL. Because I don't drink any water during the night I sleep right through. When I start drinking water I'm pretty active running around to the bathroom and back. 2 glasses equals 3 trips mostly. So through the day it's either clear or light yellow.…

I don't know it's not two separate pains. It's not just on the sides it runs along my whole lower back. So I'd say my spine is included in the pain area.
-
Maybe it was just me trying to do some acrobatic move in my sleep again. Negative of back pain - I can't tell wether it's from something internally wrong or just from a sore muscle. I mean for me there's a definite difference between a stomach ache, and overworked abs. I can't make that distinction with back pain and it…

I'll wait it out and see what happens. I'm going to keep drinking the soda water. If the pain goes away I'll know it wasn't that.
-
If that's true then it's about 1-2cm above that on both sides.
-
-
No it doesn't. I use a soda stream to make my own carbonated water. It's just normal tap water.
