I’d really like to commit to a 30 day shred. There is alot of info on shred programs. Is there a particular program you are using?

My biggest struggle is being disciplined with my diet. Worked really hard to get in shape, but the last month been eating way to much. Time to have a healthy diet again to go along with daily exercise Hope all are doing well and staying safe

5 months and still getting 30 mins a day is great!! I have a go to exercise for the days when time is tight or my energy is low:riding stationary bike. I try to get my workouts in as early in the day as possible on my busy days, even get up early... then I don’t feel like it takes away from work, kids, and friends

Any friends to help motivate would be great. Very busy and Struggling to find the energy to to get really good workouts in each day. Any easy to follow diet tips would be great
