Looking for accountability pals

Hey I'm back at it again after getting a whole lot fatter once again πŸ™ƒ

I just started the 30 Day Shred yesterday (used to be popular on here!) after not doing it for like 8 years so if anyone wants to be accountability buddies that would be awesome. Let's be supportive of each other!

I'm 28 and coincidentally trying to lose around 28lbs this year, more in the long run. I have EDS and scoliosis so although I'm trying to push myself, I'm also well aware of my limits so if I dislocate anything (happens often) I will be taking a break to heal.

    Welcome back! :) I understand working with limits too (I have RA). Some great advice I received from one of the best in the business: Pay close attention to recovery, and differentiate specifically between muscles soreness and joint pain. Muscles are a little sore, I'll train. Joints hurt at all, I skip that. Best of luck to you!
