@jezele hi!! You can't out exercise a bad diet :( my nutrition is 95% in check all the time. Food is HUGE!!! I highly recommend clean eating with extra protein:)

But I have been maintaining close to my current weight for about 9 months :) It's easy to maintain for me, but I enjoy my new lifestyle! I don't cheat much, and I still exercise 6 days a week...
