Get a really good, substantial lunch in which helps me eat a small dinner. Don't eat after 6:00pm, because once I start I usually can't stop and I go to bed relatively early (like 8:30-9) so 6:00 is a good time for me. And don't keep candy in the house. If it's there I'll eat it. I have no willpower :blush:

well dieting and eating healthy are 2 different things. all weight watchers is, is portion control but you still eat anything you want. you aren't cutting certain things out like carbs or sweets or only eating certain items. I think it's a great idea to help young people understand what their body needs versus wants.

Really just be persistent. I HATE running. But I got a good partner that was just a little better than me and my competitive streak too over. I can't eat and then workout or I feel nauseous. But I have to have something on my stomach or I have no energy. So I usually eat like an hour or so before so I'm neither hungry nor full. Works good for me if you are trying to decide what to do.

as long as you keep enough room during the day it's ok. and I would suggest dividing the snack up into better portions (snack bags) so you make sure you don't over eat. then you can plan them out better earlier in the day.

i stopped eating sweet cereals. I LOVED fruit loops, captain crunch, cinnamon toast crunch, pops, frosted flakes, and all those other kid cereals. it was a different box all the time. I love Jillian Michaels videos. They work multiple muscles at a time and are farely difficult. Her videos I love: HardBody (45 mins each and is really hard), 30 Day Shred ( 25 mins each, gets your heart rate up but not as hard for advanced people), Kickboxing (20 mins each and good cardio)

do both. I switch mine up every other day. Cardio one day then weights the next. but even if I do weights I do jumping jacks, burpees, or a short run to get my heart rate up and my muscles loose before hand.
