Thank you so much for your responses!! I feel like the guilt/stress from one binge causes the others. I'm trying to stay mentally strong and just distract myself from feeling so bad. It's the worst feeling to look in the mirror and not recognize yourself.

Find a way to smell something else! Whenever people around me are eating and it's giving me cravings, I take a whiff of my pack of mint gum and that helps. @ryanhorn, I totally agree with the nutritionist. Even though I've reintroduced those foods, part of me still feels guilty and bad about eating them. It's so hard to let go of those ingrained beliefs about food.
