Thanks for the advise!!!! I walked again for 80min today, its my 3rd day out so ill keep doing that for a few more days i guess. I just hate walking. Its so boreing and i want to run.

I warm up with a mile jog then do intervals of 1min @8mph/1min@6mph tepeated for however long you want your workout to be. Then i cool down with another mile or you can do 50/10 intervals were you sprint for 50sec then jump to the sides for the 10 sec rest

Its not fat that scares some people is the high calories in high fat food. Im a volume eater and like to eat large amounts of food. If you only have a limited amt. Of calories per day high fat foods take up alot of that.

Im the same height and maintain between 107 and 110pounds. I do cardio for 1hour 7 days a week and lift for 20 min 3 to 4 times a week. I eat between 1200-1500 cal a day.

Thanks everyone! Im 32 and have always been small but this is actually the most I have ever weighed (except during my pregnanacys) I don't usually eat back my excersise calories. Im just always curiouse about what im burning. I don't care enough to buy an exspensive device to tell me either.

They will not cover it. I legally fought my insurance company for 3 years and couldnt make it happen. I ended up saving up the $10,000 it cost for a abdominal plasty and had it done in 2011.

That sounds good. Im a vegetarian but have a similar salad every night for dinner. I do 200g of greens, cucumber, 200g kabocha squash, 2.5oz avocado, 2 egg whites and 100g strawberries

Kabocha is so much starchier and sweeter though. 40 calories seems to good to be true and i eat kabocha almost everyday so i dont want to under log it. ( im addicted to this squash)

Thanks. I will use this number. I would like to think its the 45calories for 100grams raw but that seems way to good to be true. I figured it was closer to what a sweet potatoe has sonce its sweeter and starchier than butternut and acorn squash.
