Your most likely getting enough protein! People don't need as much as they think . I don't know your weight, height, age, and activity level but 80+frames is good

I had a tummy tuck 5 years ago and parts of it are still numb. I am pleased with the results but the first 2 years were very uncomfortable.

Sorry but you cant fix it. Especially if its been 2 years since birth. Tummy tuck is the only fix. And ill tell you from experience the recovery is beyond horrible and its very exspensive. I had mine 5 years ago and areas are still numb.

Im 5'3 and 33 and eat between 900 and 1200per day with a 830 streak. Even at thisy weightloss iss very very slow.

Im 5'3" excersise everyday for 1-2 hours and amin general an active person and dont lose unlessi eat 1100 or less a day. And i dont eat back my excersise cals. Sorry but us shorties dont have much wiggle room.

Thanks for the suggestions. Tumaros are my fallback when i cant find the others. I dont care for flatouts, and have never tried la tortilla factory ones cause there smaller and same calories. Nothing ive had compares to the chewiness i crave from the ole mexicana ones. Tumaros are ok but nothing like the others.

Its still good, just not as fresh. But it wont harm you in any way. Most commercialy roasted beans are coated with a ton of chemicals that perserve it. (I own a coffee shop so i know my beans) haha

Are you insulate resistant? This is the only reason you would need to lower carbs. Other wise youll just have to lower your calories. Those of us to have this unfortunate condition require less calories than others.
