I'm really liking the on 100% whey protein, especially the chocolate flavor, at costco it sells for $60 for 90 day supply bag, perfect for your budget! with 29 g protein per scoop!

more clues needed. 152 lbs - 16% fat and 1400-1900 eating. how can I really cut down fat % in two months during holidays?
-
I'm in for the month of November 2015 and we'll see how others do
-
it's either you are in or not, simple. if you don't get that then somethings wrong with you. lol
-
so far, I was able to gain and I'm up to 155 lbs but surely the fat % has increased. what can I do to cut down that fat % and still maintain muscle mass?
-
I've gained a bit of fat %, but not too much, I'm shredding more than bulking at the moment. I have a weaker lower body than my upper, so I'll be doing more of squats and deadlifts, etc for this week and next month to really get me stronger

What do you do when you miss your step goal for the day, when you miss it by 2,000 steps ahhh. do you get discouraged a bit? do you let it go and tell yourself oh I'll make it up this weekend? you see, I often choose the second option, because I have more time on the weekend to get up and run outside 3,000 more steps and…

set your goal and visualize your end goal. post the picture of your favorite athlete's body and know that you can do it better

I need to work on my legs, I have very very scrawny leg compared to my upper body. I can put on some serious lbs if I can concentrate more on my thighs which has no meat on it. most of my muscle weight gain will come from thigh mass in the future. lifting heavy and gaining slowly but surely.
-
gain of 4 lbs...so far.

You've got into where you are now by doing whatever it is your are doing, so if you are less than impressed with your current situation - You clear need to change things up. I keep hearing this everywhere now --- If you wanna live a life you've never lived, you have to do things you've never done. It must be in trend right…

I can never go vegan, because I don't know much about what vegan is ~~ all I know if vegans do not eat meat, any type of animal products, milk, etc not even cheese. I love cheese and wine, how can I give that up, if you do it in portion control and not over eat, it's all ok...why have you chosen to become a vegan?
-
^^ make things happen today veganbettie! hey I love vegans so healthy

TODAY's motivation is a simple one...----BELIEVE---- if you believe in yourself and know that you can do anything...put small efforts daily, then you will succeed in anything, you will achieve your goal. Monday is where you can lose it or gain it. It's all in the mind set of things. I used to hate mondays because it's right after your fun sunday. I dreaded mondays, but I welcome it now The reason is because i see monday as my fresh starting point, to remind myself again with the goal I've set a week ago, month, year ago. I…

bulking up starting this month, I've been eating more than usual with lean and clean diet. definitely more protein and carb. I have more energy for sure and been lifting 15 lbs heavier than before. My fit test for pull up increased to 25 pull ups with no stopping, so that is good.

20 lbs of muscle by end of January might be pushing the limits, but 10 lbs of muscle, will be doable at my condition
-
Yeah you are right, 255 gm of protein is just way too much for me and It won't be used to build muscle anyways. I may need to change my ratio to suggested35% 35% 30% thanks! great support!!!

follow what many have done already my friend! If something isn't working out for ya, you must be doing it wrong! simple as that it may sound simple, it may sound redundant, but I'm going to say it again...NEVER GIVE UP! If you keep telling yourself this over and over again, your mind, body and soul will listen to you. it…

you can enjoy but it will take long long time for you to get rid of that muffin top buddy lol

I weighted 165 lbs before and in 4 months I was down to 140 lbs and now currently weigh 145 with fat % decreasing, which is super. I don't know if muscle memory will do me good. In average, with my height of 5' 9" my ideal weight would come down to about 165 - 175 lbs. Starting November is when I'll seriously pump heavier…

there's no better feeling than a finished workout. Who worked out this morning? discipline, determination and dedication..that's what it takes. hope you had your break through today, add me as your friend~ thanks
-
Half a workout is better than nothing, if your day gets crazy and you can't do a full session, do a smaller one.
-
sometimes we skip workouts because it's easier to say I just don't have time right now.... when will you have time then? when you lose your health? It'll be too late ~ late is never good.
-
eat every 2 hours, 7 meal a day with protein packed foods like lean meat, fish and protein shakes. workout using heavy weight lower set. replenish with whey protein shake and banana
-
Say "Hell NO" to SODA and FRIED FOODS today

Ditch the Deprivation! Your goal is to be healthy, not get skinny and the best way to do that is by eating clean!
-
I love sweets, I eat it but yes, limit to your allotted calorie intake is right. I don't want to binge eat the whole brownies, which I come across multiple times when working near bakeries. lol
-
This is a little old fact I've learned along my fit journey - - - The less you eat sweets, the less you crave them! so if you are craving brownies, gummy bears, kitkat what ever it is, drink a flavored water, drink a coffee, chew a gum, stay away from that lump of sugar for 10 minute til your mind says, ok I'm good now~…
