Not too much space really, and what does caloric deficit mean? ive seen it alot on here, i heard it means eat less than you burn, how on earth am i supposed to burn 2k+ calories though? seems impossible

I have this worry too, as i want to lose 100lb and i'm 6'4. But my doctor said do muscle work and lose weight slowly while drinking lots of water

Thanks for the tips guys, i guess i was told wrongly on diet drinks. I'll have to try some instead of full fat/sugar ones. Is losing 2+lb actually possible for someone 6'4 and 300lb? i found something online called Insanity but that looks way too hard for someone at my level yet
