Is there any foods to eat to help shrink the size of your waist? Or good upper body excercises to do at home to quicken the process? Ive cut my calorie intake from well over 3000 to 2250 and have been going on walks daily but dont seem to be losing weight

So today, i decided to cut my calories right down, and also swapped fizzy drinks for water. I'm doing okay so far, but im incredibly hungry. Does anyone recommend any filling foods? or low calorie snacks i can eat? Thanks

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post it, apologies if not. However i really need to lose weight. I'm 20 years old, 6'4 and around 300 pounds. My main problem is not really eating lots of junk food, but drinking fizzy drinks (no alcohol) and doing nothing all day. Theres no gym with a 8 mile radius so thats not an…
