Hey, i'm still new here so im not sure if this is right place to post, but i need to get serious in losing weight. I'm 6'4 and 295 lbs. My diet isn't too bad (not much junk) but alot of fizzy drinks and snacks (alot of pringles lol) and i totally need to stop, however, i have no idea how to set up a diet plan. Like how many calories am i supposed to eat? What are good snacks to eat to fill me up?
Thanks
Thanks

MFP should be automatically telling you how many calories you need in a day. Anything high in protein is a good snack. Make sure you're hitting your protein and fiber requirements per MFP. If you're staying within your cals and meeting your protein/fiber requirements, you shouldn't be that hungry.
I love Pringles too.0 -
Low fat cottage cheese, yogurt, a serving of almonds. Also, be sure to drink lots of water. Water has been a key to me losing 110 lbs. Feel free to add me.0

Are you doing anything for exercise because that might help us gauge what you need? You can take a look at a TDEE calculator, but in general I normally recommend starting between 2000-2200 calories a day. I would try to get your macros at a 40/40/20 ratio (prot/carbs/fat). Work on calories first. Hope this helps. Feel free to add me if you need more help!0
