• And after the sweating you have to drink a lot because your muscle need to repair...they hold the water again So money throw away

• This is why for some people ( not all) when they eat healthier like fruit vegetables etc it goes better ( foods high in potassium). But again its all about balance. This dont help everybody and your team of medical people should advice and help you with that. Nobody has inside in what other peoples medical issues are when…
• For people with a high BP it is maybe more important to get the potassium ratio right Read the PURE study (Prospective Urban and Rural Epidemiological Study) Done on 150K people A study over years and years ( still running) and outcomes are that a low potassium can cause HBP too.
• Just from Googling ****Most people who eat a healthy diet should get enough potassium naturally. However, many Americans don't eat a healthy diet and may be deficient in potassium. Low potassium is associated with a risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, cancer, digestive disorders, and…

But not for everybody,…
• That dont have to matter at all It all depends how your body reacts. Some people will take a year others months before this happens...Maybe it isnt your diet at ll who will say? But big chance it is. very big And i would definitly up the protein fat and vitamin B and see a doctor
• You have to see a doctor, nobody can help you online Seeing pale and yellow can indeed indicate a liver isssue And this can indeed happen after a longer period of under eating and or malnutrition and wont go away just like that. I am not saying that this is the case, you need a doctor
• Start by weighing all your solid food on a food scale and log it. You can eat all you want as long as you stay in your allowed calorie allowance MFP gave you Next to that you can eat a part of your burned/exercise calories back The trick is to eat it all...a balanced diet So the greasy stuff and the healthy stuff :)…

• No because MFP dont support VLCD and yes people react on your posts...this to show others that this is not a good way to do it.... btw sad thread in this section of the forum again...somebody with hair loss. Very sad...but an example what can happen. And that is why members here react to try to show it is not needed to…
•
Haha I understand. My problem is I'm massively impatient. When I want to do something, I often try to achieve it as quick as possible. It's probably my OCD getting the better of me.
Dont be..enjoy the ride Be proud of training your $$$$ off and eating as much as you can Be an example for others You will…
• And when you trust her so much why allllll the threads with questions every time...ask her.
• oh common your other thread is and more are already closed. you are under eating you are a male...stop promoting this *****
• you will lose less muscle but you will lose But by eating enough you maintain as much as possible And trying to go by the MFP settings you can eat much more When you train that hard...eat more and you will keep more muscle than losing weight fast. In the long run a win situation Takes only more patience
