I eat a little more, but not necessarily for maintenance and try to include a small treat that won't push me off track, like a small piece of chocolate, the pudding idea is good too :)

I used to buy herbalife because I wanted something to help me get enough iron, protein and calcium as vegetarian transitoning into vegan, but if you really look at the label, it doesn't give you that much, there are better alternatives. What I love to do is make guacamole with tomato and red onion and stuff and mix it into cooled quinoa after its cooked. Trust me it's delicious! Alternatively, hot quinoa, miz in tomato sauce with sauteed veggies. I also like to add peas and other veggies directly into the quinoa as I'm cooking it.
