Trying to stay postive and need some motivation and support

Im trying to stay with this, tons of weight to take off. I need some motivation and support today. Im starting off pretty good for a Monday and I packed my day in a little bag of protein, fruits, veggies and grains. Anyone out there who can give me some tips to start off my week would be great. I have about 40 pounds to take off, so far i have taken off 37 pounds.

  • Wow, you should be very proud of your progress! Congrats :D I like to start out my week with a really good work out, as early in the day as I can manage and make sure to have a playlist ready with really motivating songs (anything from Beyoncé to hard rock lol). This may sound silly but sometimes it helps to visualize yourself going through the week, working out and eating healthy, form a clear mental image of that. Hope this is the start of a great week for you!
