I also don't count calories. I found that even though something may be "Only 100 calories!" it was also full of processed food and junk that would still make you gain weight. Nope, just super bloated (2 - 6 lbs of "bloat weight") :P It sounds strange, but sometimes it's 3 weeks out of the month and sometimes it's around 2 weeks out of the month...and sometimes it's just a few days or a week!
