Is there a way to control PMS bloating?

Besides the obvious: Drink more water, avoid salt, cardio, ect...

    And, wait for it to pass.

    I have not had PMS in quite some time (menopausal), but I recall nothing really helping that much with bloat and cramps and all that stuff. :)

    ^^This. I roll with it, as it will always happen for me as long as I menstruate. I continue on with normal workouts and eating habits. The extra 1-3 lbs is always gone within 3 days of start of cycle for me.

    You should exercise more while TOM, it helps with cramping.

    Yes, that is what I meant :) (it's easy to do more cardio for me because I love it, haha)

    The obvious!

    I take a water pill if it's really bad, or I drink lots of green tea. But stay very well hydrated when using diuretics or you will just make it worse.

    Try to keep the salt to a healthy range and drink water...and wait.

    I'm not big on taking pills I don't need, but you could ask your doctor about water pills, if it's really a problem.

    If I swim the day or two before, I keep the water gain to a minimum.
