So much no - she's eating too little, that's it.

Yea I have never gotten meat from Walmart - I heard it tastes like pure salt, same with Target so skip them too. Sam's might be better for meat, but they are just a larger Walmart. If you have some local butchers, you may find that they are cheaper (sometimes). So you can get a whole chicken and divide it yourself, or a…

I have to say, a Costco membership is worth it when you want to shop on a budget - 90 eggs for $10, Chicken breast/tenders are average priced, and ground turkey is cheap there. Otherwise, my go to food stores are Walmart and Aldi. The produce sections get a bad rap, but I found the best way to eat on a budget is to buy…

After I eat 400 grams of cabbage/spinach/cauliflower/broccoli any "temptation" or "craving" that I had is gone. I don't keep any sweets/chips or anything I would love to just eat a whole box of in my pantry, instead I only buy what fits into my meal plans a calorie allotment for the day. If I want a treat, I plan the treat…

This also happened to my left hip when I wasn't warming up properly. I don't do much running outside but my warm up before squats is 10 minutes on the stair master, 3-4 sets of walking lunges with weight, and once I get a hold of the only squat rack at my gym, I do a set of 100 bodyweight squats and leg swings. Not sure if…

I weigh my chicken by the ounce (idk why since I weigh everything else in grams). But I log my chicken as 4oz(113g) for 120cals - 26P 0C 1.5F

For being 5'7" you eat like a bird, and your carb levels in your diary are so low that it might create health problems (I'm no Dr. - but maybe you should talk to one about your diet)

Feel free to add me, I have an open diary. 23 years, I don't have much weight to lose per say, and I don't step on the scale much because I base my progress on pictures. I log diligently and lift heavy 6 days a week :)

Cabbage - steamed, roasted, in a soup....so much volume for so little calories

If your diary was open I could make a few suggestions, but feel free to look at mine. I like to eat a lot of food, as in volume of food. So I take in a lot of vegetables, like cabbage, cauliflower, green beans etc. For example, one of my meals (usually every day or every other day) I take in 450 grams of steamed cabbage…

I use wrist straps for all of my heavy lifts, even on dumbbells. Since my gym doesn't allow chalk either - that wasn't an option for me. Gloves were useless to me as they didn't really prevent the calluses from building, or protect them. So one day my best friend was like, "Use my wrist straps for those deadlifts"...and…

Well, when I typed Venus Factor into google, the first result says, "Don't buy the Venus Factor!".... I don't know how much the program costs, but your money would be better spent elsewhere I'm sure. also, there is plenty of free information right on this site. best of luck!

feel free to add me! I try to stay away from boxes :)

A giant salad with grilled chicken - that usually keeps me full for about 4 hours of my night shift. Since im in a psych facility its REALLLY slow at night, for my 8 hour shifts, i only bring two meals and no money so that way i avoid the vending machine. the rest of my intake is water, usually a good 64oz which keep me…

But i can't remember which strain it is for the life of me....i think its H1N1-something, or H1N3-something. who knows - i did not get my shot either lol

Joining in tonight - haven't been here in a while. I read that this years flu vaccine did not include the most popular strain that is going around this season

If you don't want meat as the main part of the dish - don't order from the meat & fish section of the menu. This now leaves you with pasta as the main meal. So do you want red sauce, butter sauce, or cream sauce? Next step, do you want fish? or no fish? - cuz that seems to be a trend in the pasta section of the menu.…

I second the focus on healing. But don't cut your protein, protein is essential for faster healing.

Eggs & Meats Vegetables Spices and Pb2 That's all you need

What a transformation! Congrats!!

It could be a million things - and extremely tough for anyone on here to diagnose if it's a strain, or if that side of your body is just weaker etc etc. Take some ibuprofen and continue healing :)

I do midnight to midnight also - and i typically eat 4/5 "meals" per day, which i usually pre log since i currently work 16 hour shifts. Pre logging helps me ALOT
