If you want to be frugle about your water intake then feel free to count it, it's definitely a preference. The only thing I don't count towards my water intake is tea/coffee because it contains caffeine - a natural diuretic.

I never put chicken in the crockpot unless i have pan seared the outside first. If I do not pan sear first, my chicken either comes out way dry - or turns into shredded chicken. Do other people have this problem or is it just me?

Some psychiatrists say that low Vitamin D can have a negative impact on mood. But I have no real source for that. Are you eating too little calories? also, If you feel you are depressed or have a health problem - here is not the place to ask that, go back to your doctor for those answers

Meal prep and pre log everything. I meal prep every 3-4 days and log everything for that day and the days to come. As for exercise, if my shift is slow (usually my 16 hour shifts are), I do bodyweight exercises that i find on google at least once or twice every hour. But usually I make the time to go to the gym for an hour…
