Sorry for the late reply - my suggestion is keep eating at a deficit. if oyu arent tracking or logging accurately, then you can't guarantee any weight loss. Calories in vs Calories out is what it is.

Cooking chicken and veggies isn't complex at all, or any meat + veggies. feel free to add me. Im a full time overnight RN working 16 hour shifts, I weigh all my food, prep it, then eat it all. (But avoid the day of and after thanksgiving in my diary)

Love it! I would do all my shopping online - but i have to ship things to different states, and i want to wrap the items first. scoped everything out online and some things wont get here in time - so to the stores i go!

im just here for the swap ideas :) . Pasta, which i love to eat, usually kills my calories for the day. Potatoes also, chocolate cravings get me alot - so i eat all of this rarely - but i would love to try the other options

Nursing school taught me 1 cup = 8 oz = 240mL, thats the only reason i remember the conversion. but hey if its 250 its 250 ETA: 8oz = 236.588mL o:)

Flavor doesnt matter to me - I'm just interested in confirming that these calories are correct. And yes the slight calorie difference matters because I need to make sure I can build it into my meals and stay in my deficit

All fatty meats, all pasta, anything made with lard - like real lard, whale (better start fishing), add oil/butter to everything you cook - ALOT, deep dish pizzas and any fast food you can find - eat it all. Done.
