Yes I've been reading a lot about deficits and trying to maintain as much lean muscle as possible - ultimate goal; lift ALL the weights and eat ALL the food, because i love food Thank you everyone for sharing knowledge- I greatly appreciate
-
Yes those are my homemade recipes (turkey meatballs/meatloaf etc) that I use the recipe builder on here for- so I don't end up logging all ingredients each time - The only thing lacking is accuracy. Definitely going to incorporate the food scale to fix this :)
-
Chicken & vegetables, Turkey and vegetables, pork and vegetables, steak (nom) and vegetables...etc etc - prep and put into containers just like you did with a salad
-
Ouch - I kind of thought my whole food consumption was pretty good, probably sitting at about 70-80% whole. The only thing I have in my freezer is chicken, turkey, and frozen veggies which I buy in bulk because I meal prep every 3-4 days. In regards to body fat percentage - I heard the online calculators aren't concise -…

I was going to wait 30 days before the next progress picture...but I don't know if I can hold out that long :#

Thank you!

my "projected weight loss" is 1lb per week
-
Age 22 - forgot to put that, thank you. Also, I'm not even sure what I set my weight loss per week at. I thought I just put in my goal weight and MFP gave me 1200 cals. Where do I change that? I was hoping 1200 was too low because I definitely want to eat more than that ETA: found how to change it - setting my goal to .5…

Since I blew out my shoulder - I've noticed my entire left side of my upper body is weaker than my right. My solution: training with dumbbells as opposed to barbells for the next month until it catches up. But i'm also interested in other ideas - so bump

This. OP get a handle on this and stop trolling - we can't solve this for you
-
ditto!
-
yup, im way tired, only slept 6 hours, and i want to sleep 12 lol
-
I tried Hydroxycut once - and i loved the caffeine buzz i got from it - used it as a preworkout. But then I realized drinking an adequate amount of water and as much green tea as I wanted would have the same effect, and its much safer.
-
Never iceberg lettuce - I always use Spinach or mixed greens for my base - and then every kind of vegetable available in my kitchen, plus chicken and a non creamy dressing <-- cuz those are ususally higher in calories. Done. I try to have a salad at least once a day to get my veggie servings in.
-
Checking in! Had burger king today - totally blew my calories for the day, but it was soooo good.
-
Well to answer your question in the OP - no this is probably not safe to do long term. Just eat at the calorie deficit that MFP suggests and you will lose the weight
-
So you're gonna eat this way for the rest of your life?
-
Wait, like General Motors diet? You eat cars?!
-
That's one seriously understaffed building for an overnight. Secuuuuurityyyy
-
That or fill a spray bottle with rain X and spray your windshield while driving down the icy roads. I wish you luck lol
-
or you can literally run CLR through the system, but I'm not sure whether that will ruin the lines in the long run
-
Dude, those are easy to fix - assuming that they are just clogged. Pop em out and soak in CLR...or just buy new ones...or die :|
-
Like the wipers themselves or the wiper fluid sprayers orrrr?
