If anything, you should probably eat even healthier - unknowingly - when you are sick. Protein heals the body after all. But if you go over on calories for a few days to compensate you being sick, that shouldnt be a problem in the long run

Most of the hospitals I have been to for clinicals and work provide nutritional information in plain sight - from Magnet status to "the only hospital in a 40 mile radius". Speak to someone in dietary - because if they can count calories for the patients there, you can also get that info.

Just do ab workouts on a decline bench (as opposed to flat on the floor), then add a 10lb weight on your chest, the next week 15...etc etc. abs are a muscle group, feed them in the kitchen, lift heavy for them to grow

Optimum Nutrition Whey protein for my immediate post workout, and Musclepharm Combat Casein protein before bed to help heal my muscles faster. And I like to use the powders to make things like pancakes, overnight oats, cookies - so much yum

Overnight Oats - Base: 1/4 cup oats 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk Add anything after that! Fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, protein powder etc. and let it sit in the fridge overnight. I make mine in a mason jar and eat it for one meal for the next 3 days

This is the only research they've done so far? Ugh - now I almost don't want to bother with fasted cardio. Come on science!

Working on those glutes takes soooooooo much patience....and no you wont gain muscle on a calorie deficit, but you can maintain it with adequate macro counting, lifting, etc
