No pictures here but I had a stomach pretty similar to yours, maybe slightly smaller at my start weight (135 at 5'2-3") and now I'm 127 so 8 pounds down it's getting to be pretty much flat. I reckon once you get to about the 10-12 pound mark you'll start seeing some very noticeable changes in your body shape.

I probably average around an hours walking a day to/from classes and a little bit (5-10 mins) of weight lifting and my calorie burn reflects somewhere between lightly and moderately active, if that helps?

I have these mint green pants that I never wore because I was too nervous. Then I finally tried them on and...I can't fit in them. So I'm hoping to get back down low enough to be able to wear them and look incredible!

I'm 5"3 125lbs at the moment and while I don't feel chubby, I definitely still have some unnecessary fat on my hips and thighs. I start to feel thin at under 120 and under 110 starts to look too small on me. I'm aiming to maintain at 117-119ish.

Hi, I'm 20 and planning on losing another 10-15 pounds (I lost 8 before Christmas).

I'm hoping to lose 6 more from now till valentines day, putting me at my goal weight. I'm 5"3 125lbs at the moment, so losing any faster than that probably wouldn't be very healthy.

I decided to do this too. Alcohol is probably about 90% of the reason I have been stuck 15lbs above my goal weight for the last year. Hope it goes well for you!

I've hit the top of my maintaining range, but I'm planning on losing another 5lbs to get to the bottom of it before I start trying to maintain :) Congratulations on meeting your goal!

I ate probably 10000-12000 calories more than my maintenance over the whole period....and ended up losing a pound. I don't understand my body but I'm not going to question it!

You can cook most veggies in a microwave, and jacket potatoes too, so that could be an easy quick meal in a hotel. Pasta and soup also work surprisingly well with just a microwave.

MFP puts me at 1750 to maintain, whereas I actually maintain on more like 2000 (Yay!).

I eat everything with both a knife and a fork. Pizza, pasta, burgers, chips, toast...if it's solid I'm using both utensils.
