Thanks! I know i need to embrace and accept my body. I feel like the more i lose the more self conscious i am! like when i was heavier, i definitely accepted my body more. now i am super critical.

Haha i hope so! I agree that most guys probably wouldn't care but it's just how i feel when i bend over or try to wear a bikini top or look in the mirror.

Thanks for all the input guys! i know its stupid... but i am single now and the thought of having sex with my floppy tits makes me cringe :(

I have gone from a 38C to a 32DDD. But my boobs are just skin. I really feel self conscious and I can't wear bikini tops. I'm 26 and I feel like I need to fix this. I know it may seem silly but it is really upsetting to me.

Thanks for all you input everyone! I ended up going way over my calories yesterday as well so this weekend is a bit of a write off and I am back on track today... going to postpone my weigh in though just in case! Thanks!

Thanks for the input everyone! Based on BMI I know that I still have room to lose a bit more weight. I would guess my BF% is relatively high tbh ... i have quite a bit of belly fat (see attached) so i am working to lose that.

Here is a pic to show you guys my pooch that won't budge!

I have the same problem! I am 5'6, 125 lbs and although my pooch has shrunk it is still there... i am aiming to lose 5-10 more lbs but for my height I don't want to lose much more than that! (a bit more bloated here than usual - had pad thai last night) ... help?
-
I bought this but I haven't tried it ... I would love to hear about your experience and results with it!

I am also 5'6, 26 yo. I lost ~50 lbs and i have a little bit of loose skin at the top of my thighs. i did not do the right exercises when i lost weight i.e. all i did was cardio (BIG mistake... I know) so now i am doing as many squats, lunges, legs lifts as I can manage to improve the appearance.

Thanks everyone! I am starting small ... I don't really have the $ to pay for a personal trainer right now so anything I can do at home using my own body weight and dumbbells (8lbs) is what I am aiming for! Thanks for all your help!

what about adding a stairclimber or spin bike routine? I have added squats and lunges to my routine Thanks for the info!
