I may have convinced my brother to take his Taco someplace I pretty much knew he'd get stuck just so I could use the Jeep to pull him out. I also had a burger, slice of pizza and my last 2 Oreo pop tarts for lunch. Plus my leg hurts so I'm not even exercising today.

I watch college football with an antenna and that's only a few times a year since we don't follow any other sports.

We do have Prime also and a Fire TV we've adapted to not having satellite and spend more time outside now..and save $60/month.

We're going on year 3 without satellite. Netflix works well if you aren't dead set on needing to see the latest seasons of network shows. We're also too far out to get broadband so we're limited in what is feasible running through our phones. Luckily we're grandfathered on Verizon's unlimited data or we'd be in trouble…

You may need to go into the settings and adjust your stride length. It 'guesses' based on the basic info you provide on the initial set up, but entering a stride length will make it more accurate.

It's that way for most people I've talked to, took me about a week to finally get over poking myself in the eye. Now if it takes longer than 30 seconds to do both it's because I drop it in the sink lol.

Woke up and had 9,000 calories left, woohoo. Turns out if your age gets screwed up the calorie adjustment goes bonkers.

I blew out of work at noon, grilled steak for lunch and now I'm planning on boozing all afternoon while working on the beater Jeep.

I've got the same Withings WS30 also, it will sync with both Fitbit and MFP. Sometimes the connectivity is weird with bluetooth, it may be better on WIFI but I couldn't tell you.

For more laundry talk, here's 1 morning of baseball/softball game day laundry. 4 loads there for 55 lb washers, everything gets soaked overnight, everything gets scrubbed by hand, washed twice, then hung to dry.

That wasn't the sell, I'd been working 3rd shift for 5 years and wanted a normal sleep schedule. Without medication I was only sleeping about 4 hours a day. Laundry I don't mind doing, but I bring it to work with me to do. Side benefit of working in athletics at a university is using the washer/dryer here I can do the equivalent of 6 loads washed/dried in 1 hour.

The wife and I both hate doing that, we will use every dish in the house before loading it. If I had unlimited funds the first thing I would do is hire someone to load the dishwasher.

Running on a treadmill makes me grumpy, even if it's 15°F I'll run outside if the roads are clear. Also I went for a 12 mile bike ride this morning and my butt hurts.

All this talk of sunglasses, I've had a pair of Oakley Half-Jackets for 8 years. Been through 2 sets of rubber and 2 sets of lenses but they're still good. I never understood the expenses sunglasses either but once you pay that much for them you're a lot more careful with them.

175 will put me in the high end of the BMI range for my height and strength training is already part of my routine.

I hit my goal weight of 190 about 8lbs ago but altered it to 175 since I'm still a little flabby, the confession is I haven't told my wife since that's less than her current weight and she's losing too just not as fast.
