Going to a wedding this evening, eating anything I want and probably getting drunk. Good thing we're staying upstairs from the reception!

You would be very surprised to weigh your cereal, bacon and apple to find out how much you're actually eating.

Horse flies look like a regular house fly only about twice the size, still prefer those over deer flies though those little *kitten* can all die in a volcano.

I use these guys because ear buds just irritate me. http://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDRAS200-Active-Sports-Headphones/dp/B00BN0N08K

North East the town or directional north-east? It makes me chuckle that there is a difference since North East is actually in north-west PA.

Green hair comes from a copper based algecide in the water. A properly maintained and chlorinated pool will not cause any green hair.

After all the vehicle talk, since I've started driving my daily driver has usually been at least 10 years old. Still miss my old 92 Dakota that got totaled. Right now it's an 03 Wrangler with a 5 speed and I commute 45 miles/day, but it's paid for, dirt cheap to insure and repair and a blast to drive with the top/doors…

My wife does Zumba in the living room in the evenings and even though she's been doing it for months I still get so distracted staring at her butt that I cannot concentrate on anything else for the hour she does it.

Get fitted for a good pair of shoes. I had a similar issue that went away after a new pair of motion control shoes.

Most places will use actual cream unless you specify milk or half/half. 1 tbsp is 51 calories. So figure they use 2 tbsp and the sugar and you're right near 120.

I got over this pretty quick. I work on a college campus, in the athletics department...I had long distance runners passing me at least 3 times for every lap I did. I'm up to a 9:15 min/mile and I still feel slow next to them.

We use it pretty much exclusively in the summer for everything from fries to brownies, great being able to not fire up the oven when it's 95 degrees and humid.

I wouldn't say a new Traeger is a waste of money, they're still very good grills. Mine is around 6 years old and so far the only issue I have is the drip pan rusting. I will agree that if I were buying a new one it would be a Green Mountain though I've been very impressed with the ones I've seen.

A grill with a drip pan works great, I can do bacon on my Traeger by just throwing it on the rack.

I had deep fried mac and cheese with dinner tonight, no idea how many calories and don't care because it was delicious.

My name is William, 95% of the time I meet someone I'll say "Hi I'm Will" they then say "Can I call you Bill" and I think no you dickface if I wanted to be called Bill I'd have said that. Also my nickname since I was about 15 has been Fester. Nearly everyone but the people I work with call me that. I cannot recall the last…

Popcorn or pretzels.

If you have an issue with the machine be prepared to wait for repairs. We have 2 that took over 2 weeks just to get parts and another 2 weeks for a service call, it's bad enough that our equipment provider stopped selling them.

Typically I have 2 eggs every morning. Dietary cholesterol has little to do with your overall cholesterol. I eat pretty much double the RDA every day and mine is on the low end of normal.

Chicken coated with crushed frosted flakes is one I got from my grandma.

Let's assume if there were no showers I saw a 4-6 ppm increase. That means I'll need more oxidation, which means more chlorine which raises TDS on it's own which also means higher CO2 usage to control PH, which may result in worse air quality if the air handlers can't keep up. It's also a compounding issue the higher the…

Sanitary no but it helps rinse off body oils, perfume, deodorant, etc. Even with showering it's not unusual for me to see a 2-3ppm increase in TDS after a swim meet in a 300,000 gallon pool. That's the equivalent of about 4 lbs of crud dumped directly into the pool.

I've been in one public pool in the 3 years since I became a CPO and it's the one I take care of.

Exactly, don't even get me started on hot tubs.

As a NSPF Certified Pool Operator I can tell you you should be showering and putting on a clean swimsuit before getting into the pool. Then shower again after getting out. Even with proper sanitizer levels in the pool there is still a chance for spreading illnesses.

Go to a sporting goods store or running store and try some on. Pick what feels best to you but expect to pay $70+, just remember a proper pair of shoes is cheaper than an injury.

Tell him to stuff it. You can lose weight find eating all of those things in moderation, I should know I've lost 35 by eating them.
