Sugar is addictive. Which means it's hard to stop. However, with support, encouragement, and understanding what your cravings mean will help you jumpstart your journey. It can be done. I'm having the same issue. My Fitbit is also connected. When I tried to make sure my weight loss was accurate on my Fitbit it changed it on here too. Frustrating! I've stopped weighing for now. I'll weigh in on 3/12(my birthday).

Hey Beautiful Ladies!! I'm just checking in to see how everyone's week went. I hope that everyone is still working hard ans striving to meet their goals. I had an awesome week. I made some changes to my workout and I'm happy with my progress so far. I've gotten in over 10,000 steps each day this week.

Happy Monday! I wanted to touch base. I had a great week as well. I've exercised daily for one hour and I was able to add weights Friday & Sunday. I'm getting my steps in too! I'm in! I meal prep to ensure clean eating, no soda-alcohol-sugary drinks, increased water intake, and exercise for 60 minutes a day at least 5-6 days a week. Good luck to you all and have a great week!! I also just purchased a Fitbit.
