I love the idea of the "poor man's pizza"! What a clever idea. And yes, I'm a peanut butter eater, so I'll try that as well.

I love this suggestion! They sound great. I'm going to see if we have this brand. Thank you!

OOOhhh, thank you for the hummus idea. I hadn't thought of that, but I like it! :)

LOL. That's was I was thinking, but I wanted to see what others who have tried them have to say. :)

Thank you! This was great insight! :)

I always get side stitches when I eat too soon before a run. Every single time. It hardly ever happens when I leave an hour or more for digestion before running.

Thank you for your advice!

Congratulations! You sound so positive and enthusiastic! I love it! I am doing the c25k and it has been very good for me. You can download the app for free to your smart phone (if you have one), and you might even be able to start like half way through, since you're able to run 15 minutes already. Just something to think…

For my kids to think I'm the female version of Superman. For my husband to think I'm the hottest girl he knows. To grow old and be able to raise my kids and babysit their kids.

Congratulations! Keep it up!

I agree to the idea of changing your deficit to 1.5 pounds per week, or eat half of your calories back. Both very good suggestions.

I am the same way. I found fruit pops at WalMart. I don't remember what brand they are (I'm at work right now), but they are real fruit pops and only 25 calories each, and very yummy. They satisfy my cravings. :)

Well stated, and I kindheartedly agree. I also debated on whether or not to say anything, but I decided to because I would hope someone would do the same for me.
