This is a great story!! The first one I read here at MFP today, so thank you for the positive energy!!!!

About 3 1/2 years ago, I gave birth to my first child. Then, about a year & a half ago, I had my 2nd baby. Before I had children, I was a distance runner and worked out every day. But, from having 2 babies in 2 years, I lost all of my endurance. I lost all of my baby weight after each pregnancy, but my body isn't as fit as…

That is great news!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually schedule a break at that time. It's uncomfortable and can be messy :/ And I need to schedule breaks anyway or my body gets fatigued. So that's usually when I do that. :)

WOW!! All of that weight loss and a gorgeous haircut, you're a whole new person and took 10 years off!
-
Darn.

Congratulations!!!! You are amazing!! And also, GO PACK!!! I notice you are wearing something over your head in every photo. Just an observation. I hope you are well. <3

I get up at 4AM every single day, even weekends. I work out for a half hour, then get myself ready. My kids start waking up between 5:30-6:00 and we have breakfast, I get them ready, and we are out the door by 7:30. I take them to the sitter, I teach from 8-4 (give or take a half hour, depending on parent meetings), and…

I recently found a long term marathon training schedule that were a year long. Unfortunately, I'm at work right now, so it's blocked and I can't post the link. But if you do a search for long term marathon schedules, you'll find some good ones. :) Congratulations!

You look beautiful!!

WOW!! I absolutely love your picture! Look how happy you are!! Good job, lady! :)

I'm on day 3 of level 3. I like it a lot more than level 2. I like all the areas that are being worked on this level. It's hard and I have to modify throughout, but I'll keep up with it until I can do it without modifications.

It's on vimeo. I do a google search for it and it comes up!

Holy yams, this looks AMAZING!!!

Day 2 of Level 2 this morning. The cardio is the only real challenging part for me this level. What I mean is, after the cardio, I'll get into position to do the next exercise, but I'm too winded to really give it my best. So I'm hoping that will improve. Otherwise, I'm not sore and I only feel mildly challenged with this…

My eyes just about popped out of my head! You've done amazing things, and it shows! You're gorgeous and you look so healthy. I mean, look at those guns!!!!!

I'll echo what everybody else says. Four days is fine- it's just a few days, not a lifestyle change. :)
-
I was doing some meal planning just a few days ago, and I was shocked at how caloric plain white rice was. Funny you brought this up!
-
I am so excited for you!! Your post is very emotional, I can feel your genuine want for this. You got this!!!

I have the same philosophy. I get up at 4:00, get on my exercise clothes, and get to it. If I get it out of the way, I don't have to think about it for the rest of the day. With 3 kids, if I wait until later after they wake up, it probably won't happen. I like to watch it with the sound on for the first few days, but then…

I love this story!!!!! You are amazing! Such tenacity!!!

I agree with this. I do my best to come in at or under my calorie goals, but if it's only 37 calories, I don't worry about it at all. :)

In my class room, I have articles on Gladys Burrill and Harriet Anderson stuck to my filing cabinet by my desk. Check them out, you WILL be completely inspired!!!!

You're going to make me cry!!

I've watched level 2 a couple of times to get an idea for what I'll be doing this week. And I don't mean to be snarky, but what is up with Jillian's outfit? Her sports bra kind of defeats the purpose - it doesn't seem to keep anything "in place" and her girl parts bounce everywhere! And her shorts are like regular ol'…

Hi Kurt! I admire your dedication. I am looking forward to seeing your progress!!!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I absolutely love the combination of the turkey, potatoes & gravy, rolls, yams, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce. It's heaven for me. This will be the one day I'm not going to count calories. I will get up and do my normal workout routine before my family is awake, but then I…

Yay!!! Keep it up! I did day 10 of level 1 today. It was easier for me than it was when I first started, but there were still a couple of things I'll have to work on. For example, I still can't do all of the regular push ups. I can do about 6, but then I have to modify the rest. I'm taking tomorrow off as a rest day, then…

I'm doing day 10 tomorrow morning! Excited and nervous for level 2.

Casein seems to get quite a bit of recommendations. I will check it out tonight. Thank you all very much!!!
