Im new to this to. but set small goals to start out... i start strong....then faulter... so i set myself little goals... i will slip on "gym time" but i need to log my food at least....everyday.... and when i say i do go to the gym...i can reward myself with a little treat that is 1/3 at the most of what i burned…

  • I was 4-5 years ago...still take my meds and have trouble loosing weight sadly But i believe m levels are off and thankfully have a appt soon! Happy to be friends with anyone though
  • i feel ya there. I have hypo as well...and since i started working out I've actually gained weight... but it doesn't look like i have...so it must be muscle since I'm the heaviest I've ever been... but i am interested in what other might comment since I'm struggling to actually lose some weight.. I'm new here too.
  • i'm new to this! i work out off and on and im looking to get back in it without working out 2 weeks and stopping for 1 month +. Looking to lose weight....or turn it into muscle. Since we all know muscle looks better then fat but weighs the same. Need some people to help motivate me! :smiley:
