I'm an every day weigher - I know the logic says you shouldn't but for me it's helpful to see if I am going the wrong way. I find that when I stop daily weigh ins my weight creeps back up -

For future reference - on the day my weight was 198.7. It then went 200.1, 203.4, 200.2, 198.2. Worried unnecessarily!
