Add me - on and off here for years, back at it with a vengeance, almost 60 lbs lost so far and plenty more to lose yet. daily exercise and food diary updates and I need a slapping if I forget a day.

West Midlands - Feel free to add me, started this last year but stopped ~November for no real reason other than laziness. Started again a month ago and just hit 30 days streak, no intention of stopping any time soon!

Update food diary daily, weigh in every sunday morning, lost over 1st in 4 weeks (weight tracker reset says I've lost 0lb's tho :( ). Only have 2 friends so far lol, please add me, seeing others work at weight loss is a great inspiration.
