Food prep sounds a good idea. I've written out a week-long plan of meals, so will do the prep tonight. Starting T25 again too, as I'm never as hungry after exercise. I like what everyone else has already said here- that stuff is pure woo woo. I know someone who was on it at work. Since he started it he just looks all bloated and puffy. Not to mention ill! I can't see how that stuff can be healthy. It doesn't teach you about food at all, and doesn't build a good relationship with it…
