yeah and in the morning I could eat probly 1500 cals if I wanted to cus thts when im the hungriest but im tryn to slow bulk so I dnt want too much fat gain but I know fruit can help a lot adding them extra cal

You should probably at most gain 1 lb a week to limit fat gain. Good luck though.

start intermittent fasting and schedule your eating window later in the day so if you wake up and eat something it wont matter as long as its in your eating window.

ok, it sounds like you have your diet in check. The key is consistency. You should definitely eat more dark green veggies such as turnip greens, spinach, green beans, etc. Try to avoid starchy carbs such as carrots, brown rice, and sweet peas.
